𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗔, 𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗢𝗥𝗢 | 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟮𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — The Pola Municipal Police Station (Pola MPS) successfully conducted the Launching and Pledge of Commitment of Project GABAY-KAISIPAN, an initiative aimed at strengthening awareness, support, and collaboration in promoting the mental health, safety, and well-being of the youth.
The meaningful activity was spearheaded by Municipal Mayor Jennifer M. Cruz, together with representatives from the Local Government Unit (LGU), Philippine Army, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), various department heads, Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), teachers, students, Pola MPS, and other stakeholders.
Through the Pledge of Commitment, various sectors united in a collective commitment to become active partners in protecting, guiding, and supporting the youth. The activity highlighted that promoting the safety and well-being of young people requires strong partnerships, collaboration, and coordination across the entire community.
Project GABAY-KAISIPAN aims to strengthen the partnership among the Police, LGU, Philippine Army, BFP, schools, families, and other community stakeholders to ensure early recognition of the challenges faced by the youth, provide appropriate support, and connect them to suitable services and interventions.
The active participation of department heads, PTA members, teachers, and students is also an essential component of the program, as they serve as vital partners in creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment where young people feel empowered to speak up, be heard, and seek help when needed.
The launching of Project GABAY-KAISIPAN marks not only the beginning of a program but also a shared commitment to ensuring that every young person is valued, heard, guided, protected, and given the opportunity to build a safer, brighter, and better future.
