𝐏𝐎𝐋𝐀 𝐌𝐏𝐒 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞: Arrest of Most Wanted Person for Crime of “ATTEMPTED RAPE”

Panikihan , Pola, Oriental Mindoro—The Pola Municipal Police Station, under the leadership of PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, ACOP, successfully apprehended an individual Most Wanted Person for the crime of “ATTEMPTED RAPE”,

The arrest took place at 4:49 PM during an operation conducted in collaboration with the QCPDPS2 Masambong Intel/warrant operatives led by PEMS Rodolfo M Sabucor, CITRIDMIMAROPA and 3rd Platoon 1st PMFC. The operation resulted in the capture of the accused in line with a Warrant of Arrest issued HON. MADONNA CONCORDIA ECHEVERRI, Presiding Judge of RTC National Capital Judicial Region Branch 81 Quezon City dated October 15, 2024.

The suspect, charged for the Crime of “ATTEMPTED RAPE” under Criminal Case No. R-QZN-24-08685-CR with recommended bail amounting of PHP 120,000.00.
The arrested accused was now under the custody of this station for documentation and proper disposition.
