The Pola Municipal Police Station continues to strengthen its efforts to improve service delivery and office management as part of its preparations for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
On February 18, representatives from the Police Regional Office MIMAROPA conducted an inspection to assess the strict implementation of the 7S of Good Housekeeping. The activity aimed to ensure that all offices within the station are well-organized, orderly, and efficient in support of quality management standards.

During the ocular inspection, several minor findings were noted and promptly addressed by the station’s leadership. These included the installation of the Quality Policy Statement in the lobby and the removal of chairs and tables obstructing walkways—actions identified as part of the station’s continuing corrective and improvement process to enhance safety and order within the facility.
The Pola MPS assured that all recommendations are being immediately implemented, underscoring its commitment to quality service, discipline, and readiness for ISO 9001:2015 certification. Station officials emphasized that every observation serves as a step toward a more organized, efficient, and trustworthy public service for the community.
