On November 26, 2025, the Pola Municipal Police Station participated in the RIDMD Inspection and Validation conducted at the Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office, led by PLT MAY LORD F SUMALINOG.

The activity was conducted in compliance with the directive of the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management (DIDM), aimed at assessing the compliance of all investigation units with established organizational guidelines to ensure that crimes are properly recorded, handled, and monitored.

The validation process included the review of blotter books, case folders, and encoding in the Investigation Solutions system, as well as records of arrests of Wanted Persons (WP) and Most Wanted (MW) across all municipal police stations under the Oriental Mindoro PPO. The validation covered the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

The participation of Pola MPS, demonstrated the unit’s strong commitment to effective crime management and the upholding of integrity in the documentation and monitoring of criminal cases within the community.
