𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 23, 2025

Pola Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the Counter Intelligence Team of the Regional Intelligence Division (RID) MIMAROPA, successfully apprehended a Most Wanted Person during a manhunt operation conducted on March 23, 2025, at approximately 3:55 PM in Barangay Zone 2, Pola, Oriental Mindoro.

The arrested individual, a resident of Oriental Mindoro, was wanted for the crime of Rape (Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code) under Criminal Case No. 12424, with no bail recommended. The warrant of arrest was issued by Hon. Betlee-Ian Jubaira Barraquias, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 10, Balayan, Batangas, dated February 17, 2025.

The arrest was carried out by a joint team composed of personnel from RID MIMAROPA (Lead Unit) led by PSSg Ferr Henrick Mangarin, together with Pola MPS and RIU 4B PIT. The suspect is currently under the custody of Pola MPS for documentation and will be turned over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
