Pola MPS Arrests Most Wanted Person for Acts of Lasciviousness Under RA 7610

Pola, Oriental Mindoro – In a continued effort to uphold justice and protect the rights of women and children, joint personnel of Pola MPS, in coordination with PIT ORMIN RIU4B, 3rd Platoon 1st PMFC Panikihan Pola, 404th RMFB, CIT-ORMIN, and CGIU-ORMIN (PCG), successfully arrested a Most Wanted Person on March 6, 2025, at 9:00 AM.

The arrest was made by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Erwin Y. Dimayacyac, Presiding Judge of RTC, Fourth Judicial Region, Branch XLII, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness under Section 5(B), in Relation to Article III of R.A. 7610, as amended by R.A. 11648, under Criminal Case No. CR-25-12806, with a recommended bail of Php 180,000.00.

In line with the observance of National Women’s Month, Pola MPS reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding the rights and welfare of women and children.
