Pola, Oriental Mindoro | 30 July 2026 – The Pola Municipal Police Station (Pola MPS), under the leadership of PCPT BERNIE T. ORTEGA, Officer-in-Charge, successfully arrested a Top 5 Station-Level Most Wanted Person of Valenzuela City Police Station during a joint law enforcement operation in Barangay Zone 1, Pola, Oriental Mindoro.

The individual, was apprehended by virtue of a valid Warrant of Arrest through the joint efforts of Pola MPS, Valenzuela City Police Station (VCPS), National Drug Intelligence Team (NDIT), Regional Intelligence Unit–NCR (IG), Police Intelligence Unit (PIU), Oriental Mindoro PPO, and the 3rd Platoon, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC).

The accused is facing charges for Sexual Assault under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act No. 7610, and Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code in relation to Section 5(B) of Republic Act No. 7610, pursuant to warrants issued on 17 July 2026 by the Family Court, Branch 16, Valenzuela City.

The operation was carried out in strict compliance with PNP operational procedures and human rights standards, with the accused informed of his constitutional rights and the entire operation documented using Body-Worn Alternative Recording Devices (ARDs).

The accused is currently under the custody of Pola MPS pending turnover to the issuing court, while the successful operation underscores the Philippine National Police’s unwavering commitment to locating wanted persons, enforcing the rule of law, and ensuring that justice is served through lawful and coordinated police operations.
