Pola, Oriental Mindoro — Following the first Monday flag-raising ceremony of the New Year 2026, personnel of the Pola Municipal Police Station (MPS), led by PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, Chief of Police of Pola MPS, paid a New Year’s courtesy call on January 5 to Hon. Jennifer M. Cruz, Municipal Mayor of Pola.

The visit aimed to extend New Year greetings and further strengthen coordination between the local government and the police in maintaining peace, order, and public safety in the municipality.

During the meeting, the Pola MPS outlined its priority programs for 2026, including intensified anti-criminality efforts, enhanced police visibility, and continued collaboration with the local government and the community.

Mayor Jennifer M. Cruz expressed her appreciation for the dedication of the Pola MPS and assured the continued support of the Municipal Government for peace and safety initiatives.

The activity underscored the strong partnership between the PNP and the LGU Pola in advancing a safe and orderly community.
