On November 29, 2025, the Pola Municipal Police Station successfully implemented its flagship youth initiative, “POLENYO KIDS,” reaffirming its commitment to youth development and community engagement.
This best practice was carried out in close coordination with the Municipal Health Office (MHO), under the leadership of Dr. Julie Anne M. Bacud, RM, DOH–DTTB, highlighting the vital role of the health sector in promoting the overall well-being of children. The collaboration aimed to advance child welfare, strengthen community participation, and support the moral and values formation of local youth.
The program featured an opening prayer, various games, and friendly competitions that emphasized teamwork and positive social interaction among participants. Active participants were recognized and awarded prizes to encourage participation and foster a sense of achievement.
The activity concluded with a feeding program for attendees, including children, parents, and barangay officials—further underscoring the shared commitment of Pola MPS and the MHO to child health, nutrition, and holistic development.
This collaboration exemplifies the strong partnership between Pola MPS, the Municipal Health Office, and the community in cultivating a safe, nurturing, and morally grounded environment—empowering the youth to become future advocates of peace, discipline, and responsible citizenship.
