Supervised by PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II and led in announcement by PLT MAY LORD F SUMALINOG during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony on November 3, 2025, the Pola Municipal Police Station successfully launched the “E-Sumbong Project” in the Municipality of Pola.

The project aims to provide the public with a faster, safer, and easier way to report complaints, crimes, or suspicious activities directly to the Chief of Police’s office.

Using a QR code system, citizens can scan calling cards and informational materials distributed by Pola MPS. Once scanned, the report is sent directly to the Chief of Police’s official mailing system, ensuring immediate action while maintaining the confidentiality of the sender.

According to PLT Sumalinog, “The E-Sumbong Project brings the police closer to the people—one simple scan, and your concern is immediately heard.”

PMAJ Sugian added that the project is part of Pola MPS’s ongoing modernization and innovation efforts, aligned with the PNP Smart Policing Program, to provide efficient and modern public service.

The E-Sumbong Project demonstrates Pola MPS’s dedication to strengthening public trust and engagement, ensuring that in Pola, every citizen’s voice is heard—just one scan away.
