A drug suspect was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by the Pola Municipal Drug Enforcement Team, led by PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, COP in coordination with RDEU, PDEU, and PDEA, on September 5, 2025 at Brgy. Zone 1, Pola, Oriental Mindoro.

The suspect was caught selling a sachet of suspected shabu to a poseur buyer. After the transaction, he was immediately arrested by the operatives.

The total estimated weight of the confiscated suspected shabu is 3.56 grams, with a street value of ₱21,360.00.

Marking and inventory of the seized evidence were done on-site in the presence of a barangay official and a media representative, in compliance with RA 9165. The operation was also recorded using Alternative Recording Devices (ARDs) as per Supreme Court guidelines.

The suspect is now in the custody of Pola MPS and will be turned over to PDEA MIMAROPA for further investigation.
