In a resolute law enforcement operation, joint elements of Pola MPS (Lead Unit), 404th RMFB, RIU4B PIT ORMIN, and CIT ORMIN RID MIMAROPA, successfully apprehended a wanted individual on August 20, 2025 at around 11:59 AM, by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Frustrated Murder.

The warrant was issued by Hon. Gregorio P. Subong Jr., Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 45, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro, under Criminal Case No. R-25-12566, dated August 6, 2025, with a recommended bail of โ‚ฑ200,000.00.

The arrested suspect was duly apprised of his constitutional rights and the provisions of the Anti-Torture Act, in the dialect known and understood by him. The entire operation was recorded using an Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in compliance with Supreme Court guidelines on the use of Body-Worn Cameras (A.M. No. 21-06-08-SC).

Currently, the suspect is under the custody of Pola MPS for documentation and will be turned over to the court of origin for proper legal disposition.
