The Pola Municipal Police Station PCR personnel, led by PLT MAY LORD F SUMALINOG, successfully conducted the Collaborative Stakeholders’ Forum: “PNP Quick Response Strategies” on July 21, 2025, at the Calima Covered Court in Brgy. Calima.

The activity gathered barangay officials, BPAT members, and community leaders, all united in strengthening coordination between the PNP and local sectors for faster and more effective emergency response.




Municipal Administrator Meynard M. Axalan delivered a strong message of support and led a session on Community Engagement and Trust-Building, stressing the importance of close police-community collaboration.
PLT GIOVANNI V SELDA, Operations PCO, presented the 5-Minute Response Time Strategy (PNP 911), urging swift action and readiness in handling emergencies. PLT RONNEL FETIZANAN (Ret.) shared key insights on the National Crime Prevention Program (NCPP 2025) and CSOP, promoting proactive policing at the grassroots level.
MLGOO Dennis V. De Castro tackled the Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan, emphasizing the critical role of LGUs in maintaining security. Lastly, PCpl Philip Mortel gave a session on Filing an Airtight Complaint, equipping BPATs and officials with practical skills for incident handling.
The forum concluded at 5:00 PM with active participation from stakeholders. The activity significantly strengthened the partnership between the PNP and the local community, affirming their shared responsibility in maintaining peace and order.
This whole-day engagement reaffirmed the PNP’s commitment to Chief PNP PGEN NICHOLAS TORRE III’s agenda of strengthening police visibility, responsiveness, and community relations through grassroots collaboration. As emphasized throughout the day, building a safer Pola is a shared responsibility — one that begins with trust, action, and unity.
