Pola, Oriental Mindoro — July 13, 2025 | 8:00 AM
In a continuing effort to uplift marginalized communities, personnel of the Pola Municipal Police Station, under the supervision of PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, Chief of Police, joined forces with the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, 3rd Platoon, under the leadership of PCPT BENIE ORTEGA, for a feeding program and community outreach activity held in Barangay Tiguihan, Pola.

The initiative, which began at 8:00 AM, was participated in by Pola MPS personnel led by PMSg Beberlina Ocampo, Finance PNCO. The activity opened with a prayer, followed by a short lecture on “10 Karapatang ng Bata” (Children’s Rights) and other pressing community-related issues to raise awareness and promote values formation among the local indigenous peoples (IPs).

The program culminated in the distribution of hot porridge, served to members of the IP community — particularly children and parents — fostering warmth, nourishment, and police-community connection.

The outreach effort reflects the PNP’s commitment to community service that is inclusive, compassionate, and grounded in public trust. Both Pola MPS and 1st PMFC reaffirm their dedication to bringing meaningful public service to remote and underserved areas in line with the PNP core values of Service, Honor, and Justice.
