In a continued effort to ensure operational readiness, administrative compliance, and physical fitness among police personnel, the Pola Municipal Police Station underwent a comprehensive evaluation and red teaming inspection conducted by the Provincial Administrative and Resource Management Unit (PARMU) of the Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office in Pola, Oriental Mindoro, on July 11, 2025, at 4:30 PM.

Led by PCPT RAFAEL MAMPUSTI, Assistant Chief of PARMU, along with PEMS Mary Ann M Madrid, Police Executive Senior Police Officer, the team arrived at Pola MPS at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon. The activity was held in line with the directives of Chief PNP and the command guidance of PCOL EDISON V REVITA, Provincial Director, emphasizing the importance of regular field evaluation and internal discipline.
The visit featured a dual-purpose operation — a routine monitoring and evaluation of administrative compliance, including strict Body Mass Index (BMI) checks for both uniformed and non-uniformed personnel, and a surprise Red Teaming inspection aimed at assessing the station’s preparedness and real-time response capability.
PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, Chief of Police of Pola MPS, expressed his full support for the initiative, assuring that the station remains committed to upholding professional standards and internal discipline.
The activity was successfully carried out without irregularities, with the Pola MPS personnel exhibiting promptness, cooperation, and readiness throughout the evaluation. The team commended the station’s efforts in maintaining a high level of fitness, organization, and operational integrity.
This initiative forms part of the provincial office’s continued commitment to strengthen the overall efficiency, responsiveness, and integrity of its police force.
