Pola, Oriental Mindoro — In a successful joint operation, the Pola Municipal Police Station arrested a wanted individual in connection with a violation of Mandaluyong City Ordinance No. 628, Series of 2016, under Criminal Case No. M-MND-25-01487-CR. The arrest was confirmed through Press Release No. 063025-01 issued on June 30, 2025, by PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, Chief of Police of Pola MPS.

The operation was carried out in coordination with personnel from the 3rd Platoon of the 1st PMFC based in Panikihan, Pola, the 404th Regional Mobile Force Battalion (RMFB), and the Regional Intelligence Division’s CIT-ORMIN. The arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by Hon. Judge Earl Warren Bautista Castillo of the Metropolitan Trial Court, NCR, Branch 101, Mandaluyong City. The recommended bail for the case was set at ₱2,000.
PMAJ Sugian emphasized the importance of inter-agency coordination in ensuring the success of operations, stating:
“This arrest reflects the strengthened collaboration between our units. We will continue to conduct operations to ensure that those with pending cases face the law. This is part of our commitment to maintain peace and order in the community.”
Pola MPS further stressed the importance of promptly responding to warrants of arrest to uphold public trust in law enforcement and the justice system. According to their station records, the arrest is part of a series of ongoing operations aimed at addressing outstanding warrants within their jurisdiction.
The PNP also reminded the public to actively cooperate with authorities by reporting information about individuals with standing arrest warrants.
