On May 31, 2025, the Pola Municipal Police Station (Pola MPS) successfully conducted the fourth session of its continuing youth development initiative titled “POLENYO KIDS,” which stands for Protection of Life, Empowerment and Nurturing Youth’s Obedience Kids. The event took place at the Brgy. Maluanluan Gym and was attended by ten children each from three barangays: Maluanluan, Casiligan, and Malibago.

This program aims to instill positive values, proper behavior, patriotism, and responsible citizenship among young participants, shaping them into disciplined and civic-minded individuals.

The activity was led by PMAJ Florante M. Sugian II, Chief of Pola MPS, in coordination with the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation (SKMF) of Pola, headed by Hon. Lorenzo P. Batalla Jr., SKMF President. The session featured discussions on environmental protection, cleanliness, and orderliness, coupled with interactive games and dance activities to make learning engaging and enjoyable for the children. A dedicated session on moral values and social responsibility also formed part of the program, designed to promote positive behavior and community awareness.

The success of the fourth “Polenyo Kids” session reflects the strong collaboration between the Pola MPS and the Sangguniang Kabataan in nurturing the youth. Through this initiative, essential lessons on responsibility, love for country, and care for the environment are being passed on—laying a foundation for a safe, progressive, and well-disciplined community.

The program concluded successfully at around 11:30 a.m., leaving behind renewed hope and inspiration for future sessions, and reinforcing the commitment of Pola MPS to build stronger ties between the police and the youth in pursuit of a brighter tomorrow for the nation.
