POLA, ORIENTAL MINDORO – A wanted individual was successfully apprehended by operatives of the Pola Municipal Police Station (MPS) through the enforcement of a warrant of arrest for the crime of Robbery in an Uninhabited Place or in a Private Building, as defined under Article 302 of the Revised Penal Code.

The operation was conducted at around 1:19 p.m. on May 30, 2025, led by PMaj Florante M. Sugian II, Chief of Police of Pola MPS. The operation was carried out in coordination with personnel from RIU4B PIT OrMin, CIT OrMin, RID MIMAROPA, PIU OrMin PPO, the 3rd Platoon of the 1st PMFC Panikihan, Pola, and the 404th RMFB.

The suspect was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Hon. Agustin Tomas Cervantes Tria Tirona, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court (MTC) of Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, under Criminal Case No. 7723, dated May 27, 2025. Bail was set at ₱36,000.00.

This successful arrest highlights the continued cooperation among police units in the region, reinforcing their shared commitment to uphold peace and order in the community.
