The Pola Municipal Police Station has laid out its comprehensive preparations for the upcoming 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE) during the briefing and send-off ceremony for personnel assigned to election duty held on May 4–5, 2025.
Police Major Florante M. Sugian II, Chief of Police, led the event by providing important reminders and directives to the officers prior to deployment. He emphasized the critical importance of maintaining security over the Automated Counting Machines (ACMs), election documents, equipment, and the assigned Philippine National Police personnel.
From the municipal hub, election paraphernalia were distributed to various polling centers across the province starting May 4 until May 5, 2025. All deployable personnel were instructed to report to their assigned polling precincts at least three hours before the delivery of election materials.
In addition, personnel were advised to bring essential personal items such as flashlights, whistles, baton sticks, and other necessary equipment throughout the duration of their deployment.
This initiative aims to ensure a systematic, secure, and orderly conduct of the 2025 National and Local Elections.
