Graduation Ceremony of Immersion Students Highlights Collaboration and Growth – Pola MPS
On January 17, 2025, the Araceli B. Pantilanan-Bacawan High School held a graduation ceremony for their immersion students at the DISIPLINADOS Hall, Pola Municipal Police Station, at 4:00 PM. The event marked the culmination of the students’ 80-hour immersion program, which included a blend of lectures, practical activities, and hands-on learning experiences.
During the ceremony, the immersion students were awarded certificates of completion from both the school and Pola MPS. Special awards were also presented to students who excelled during the program, recognizing their outstanding performance and commitment. The event showcased the collaborative efforts between the school and Pola MPS in providing meaningful learning opportunities for the students.
The ceremony concluded with a shared boodle fight, symbolizing camaraderie and celebrating the success of the program. This festive meal not only brought smiles to the students and personnel but also reinforced the strong bond formed throughout the immersion.
In his remarks, Mr. Jonny C. Tejoso, School Head, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Pola MPS for their persistent support and dedication. A certificate of appreciation was presented to PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, COP, Pola MPS, for hosting and mentoring the students throughout their immersion journey.
In response, PMAJ SUGIAN graciously thanked the school for the recognition, emphasizing that the experience was mutually beneficial. “It was not only the students who learned from us but also we who learned from them,” he said, highlighting the shared growth and insights gained during the program.
The success of the immersion program and the warm celebration of its completion underscored the value of collaboration between educational institutions and community partners like Pola MPS. It was an event filled with inspiration, gratitude, and hope for the future of the students.
