On October 31, 2024, at approximately 8:00AM, the Pola Municipal Police Station, under the leadership of PMAJ FLORANTE M SUGIAN II, Acting Chief of Police, launched a coordinated public safety effort for ‘LIGTAS UNDAS 2024.’ In partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Pola, Pola MDRRMO, Pola MHO, and the 3rd Platoon, 1st PMFC, Pola MPS deployed personnel to Campo Santo Cemetery, Pola, Oriental Mindoro

This joint operation focused on maintaining peace and order, ensuring public safety, and providing assistance to visitors paying respects to their loved ones during Undas. With increased police visibility, Pola MPS aimed to create a safe and secure environment, helping prevent any untoward incidents and ensuring a smooth observance of this annual tradition.

PMAJ Sugian stated, ‘We encourage the public to remain vigilant and cooperative throughout the Undas period, as we uphold our commitment to serve and protect the community.’
